Nom nom nom . . . burp.

Eastern Europe has definitely had the most heavy and random food I
will never eat again.

I've tried to order all of the local specialties I've come across
(except for the pork knuckle) but now that I am getting ready to move
on from Prague, I can say I am VERY much in need of a couple days of
yogurt, salad, bananas, and lean chicken breast.

I've had a lot of Urquel Pilsner and Krusovice beer, tried goulash, roast (fried?)
pork and dishes with loads of boiled cabbage and fluffy sour biscuits,
and of course, eaten my share of strudel.

Both mornings I've woken up in Prague thinking - I just want salad
today - but somehow I've end up getting sucked back into the local food.
It just seemed somewhat hard to find anything else.

In London there were so many Pret Mangers and other
"healthy fast food stops" where yogurt, salads, and sandwiches could
be purchased for a couple dollars or less. As I've moved East, the
Supermarket fare has gotten less recognizable and the restaurants have
sold heavier and heavier plates.

I think Prague was the worst for this just because I was the most confused language-wise, so often I was unsure of
exactly what I was ordering, other than that it was the "daily
special."

I feel like I've been game, but my stomach is telling me "NO MORE."
Hopefully Vienna will be a little easier on me.
