The expensive resturant prices, loose open-container laws, and pretty
scenery has produced a really interesting dynamic in Lucerne for the
young drinking culture.
eventually winds around to the train station, the bridges, and the
heart of Old Town. Each night, around 7:30-8:00pm, this whole area is overrun with 18-25
year olds, picnicing, listening to music out of old boom boxes,
drinking (of course) and just trimming the whole side of the lake.

kind.
