How the heck did someone catch this fish?

Dan and I went to this gourmet seafood place tonight to cap off our Spanish culinary adventure, and we saw the "Angler Platter for 2" for 40 euros. We gave it a try, and it was one of the meatiest, tastiest fish I've had.

I kept thinking I remembered seeing the Angler in an episode of Blue Planet - the one that shows the crazy deep sea fish with the lights on their head - and sure enough, we get home and look it up, and there it is. The SCARIEST fish I have ever seen, let alone eaten.
