follow with the ice cream. Amazing.

5. Whiskey brownie. Nothing fancy - just super tasty.

6. Wild mushroom risotto.

7. BBQ shrimp on a toast with this AMAZING garlic and chive sauce.

8. Salt and sugar crusted foie gras with caramelized onions and apple sauce.

9. Sea urchin chowder in a sea urchin bowl.

10. Shark topped with caramelized onions and green peppercorns.

11. Another type of foie gras, this one was candied with a balsamic
glaze and cherry foam.

12. Grilled octopus with an orange and toffee cream sauce.
