French Meal Number 3

And this was perhaps the strangest of all.

I ordered the Menu Beaujolais, and randomly selected the "Saucission a la
Beaujolaise" and the "Gateau de Foies de Volaille." Looked up the parts I didn't recognize when I got back to the hotel.

Any guesses as to what I ordered? Sausage with lentils, and Veal liver with potatoes.

Tasty, but I never really feel that happy about eating baby cow. Not my thing. Also, my stomach is not super happy with me at the moment. .  . it is apparently anti-veal as well.
